Customer Journey Manager

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the dynamic world of Financial Technology? Our client, a global leader in the field, is searching for a passionate and driven Customer Journey Manager to join their innovative team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a keen analytical mindset!

Location: Leeds/Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
Contract Length: 6 months
Daily Rate: from 400 via Umbrella Company
Working Pattern: Full Time (Standard office hours with occasional weekend work)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive User Migration priority activities using analytical techniques.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and engineers to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Support the Product Owner and team members in prioritising value-driven decisions.
  • Utilise short feedback cycles to adapt to customer needs.
  • Write clear Acceptance Criteria for user stories/tasks.
  • Engage in app readiness activities, ensuring all key apps function post-migration.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks to guarantee a smooth user migration.

Essential Skills:

  • A strong focus on delivery and ownership of tasks within a complex programme.
  • Experience or understanding of project management methodologies, especially Agile.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies and techniques.
  • Alternatively, experience in analytical tasks within a Product Management context.

Soft Skills:

  • An analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage multiple internal customers.
  • Collaborative spirit to achieve shared objectives.
  • Capability to navigate complex information to find effective solutions.
