The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing and nurturing key relationships. You will ensure that clients' recruitment needs are met efficiently, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand clients' recruitment needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to fill vacancies promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell recruitment services.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
