The Business Development Manager position is home-based and covers the regions of Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire.
The role offers a basic salary of £65,000 with an OTE of approximately £85,000, along with a company car or allowance, laptop, and additional benefits.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of technical experience in field sales, preferably with a degree in Engineering, electronics, or material sciences.
The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities while building relationships with key decision-makers in the Aerospace, Military/Defence, and Commercial markets.
This position requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time and is eligible for security clearance, along with a valid Driver's License.

Business Development Manager required by fast-growing, global engineering services company!

This is a varied role responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing sales opportunities while establishing strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in the Aerospace, Military/Defence, and Commercial markets.

Experience:

Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, electronics or material sciences preferred
At least 5yrs technical experience with field sales responsibilities
Experience in compliance, or testing-related services
Able to interact with clients, win new business and determine their requirements
Able to travel up 75% of the time; some overnight travel maybe required – fully expensed
Eligible for security clearance
Must have a valid Driver’s Licence
