Title: Business Development Manager - Social Housing
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus
Key Benefits
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Role & Responsibilities
- Selling a housing solution to housing associations, local authorities
- Develop contacts and use existing relationships to secure work.
- Attend meetings to showcase the product
- Provide technical advice on the projects
- Liaise with the commercial team to submit tenders and follow up

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in construction business development
- Preferably within the social housing / local authority sectors
- Sound technical knowledge and good IT skills
- Full UK driving license.
