As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client's market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client
relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, results-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast- paced environment. You will have the flexibility of both in office work and client meetings/networking events.

Key Duties:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, with a minimum of 2+years in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
