What You'll Do:

As our Business Development expert, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll establish new partnerships, help redefine recruitment strategies, and lead us and our partners to even greater success.

Your bread and butter will be to:

  • Identify and win over new clients in the Engineering, Manifacturing and Tech recruitment space.
  • Work with the Business Director to craft tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver an exceptional service.
  • Keep us at the forefront of innovation by using your networks and communities to keep up on everything recruitment, Tech and Engineering

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record and previous recruitment sales experience, either as a consultant or in business development, in an engineering or technology related sector.
  • You may currently be a 360 recruitment consultant whos looking to focus on just sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A passion for exceeding targets, driving results and getting things done.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
