Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to cover the North of England, focusing on sales growth within retail and food processing sectors. This field-based role requires prospecting new clients, setting up product demonstrations, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline for a range of innovative weighing, slicing, and software solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities, scheduling meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with the Solutions Team.
  • Demonstrate products to prospective clients and communicate solution benefits.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales quotations and pipeline records.
  • Meet quarterly sales targets and grow the partner network within your region.
  • Research target markets, engage with key decision-makers, and respond to sales inquiries.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to the company's marketing and development initiatives.
