POST recruitment is recruiting for two Business Development Managers (North/South) for an Internationally recognised business with award winning Saas products

This role is responsible for driving sales of solution-based products, focusing on delivering market-leading client services. The position emphasizes high-quality client service, ownership, and initiative to drive excellence. The role will report directly to the National Sales Manager.

The position comes with an achievable scaled bonus and commission scheme, that is also transparent!!

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate the product and service offerings to diverse audiences, assess client technical and business requirements, and develop impactful solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities (Key Tasks and Requirements)

  • Coordinate with the Sales & Operations Managers regarding client adoption, training, and scheduling.
  • Expand the client base by prospecting new business through a combination of cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Deliver exceptional client support to ensure the smooth delivery of services and solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are meeting their adoption and usage objectives.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients as a trusted solutions specialist.
  • Ensure sales are fully scoped for successful implementation and delivery.
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities and escalate them to the Sales & Operations Managers.
  • Analyze client feedback to recommend best practices for product functionality.
  • Provide training to internal teams, including Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Create content for training materials to deliver external client training sessions and to other stakeholders.

  • Ability to self-source leads and leverage existing data effectively.
  • Strong expertise in product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Ability to adopt a consultative approach and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Understanding of key business stakeholders within the legal marketplace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to simplify product complexities and provide clear troubleshooting solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening capabilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in selling software solutions, with an ability to differentiate between sales objections and challenges related to change management.
