Our client, a leading manufacturer of technical interior products, is expanding and seeking a Northern Contractor Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with main and sub-contractors onprojects across the North West, North East and Scotland.
This position is based in the West Yorkshire area and offers a mix of home, office, and field-based work. The role requires occasional travel across the North and Scotland a few times per month, to attend client meetings and site visits within the new build and refurbishment commercial sectors. The role will also include a monthly visitto the southern head office.
As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with main and sub-contractors. You will manage the final stages of the sales process, leading commercial negotiations, resolving operational and technical queries, and ensuring engagement from all stakeholders involved.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in contractor sales within the commercial new build or refurbishment sectors. Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to successfully close deals with contractors are essential qualities for this position.
The role offers a salary of up to 55,000, plus bonus, a car allowance, 31 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), and health scheme.
