E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be partnering our trusted client in the South Leeds area who due to growth, are looking to add a confident, personable communicator to their Customer Service team.
The organisation are the largest in the UK at what they do and are part of an exciting global brand that operate across 5 continents.
Duties will include:
- Handling and processing customer orders
- Responding to customer enquries regarding a broad product range
- Provide high level customer service
- Support with customer account problems which will involve liasing with other internal departments
A good telephone manner and computer literacy are essential but full trainin will be provided on all product offerings.
The role will be doing on a temp to perm basis with the a permanent contract offered on completion of 12 weeks.
