E & M Talent Partners are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for a global business on a permanent basis.
The role involves covering transactional accounting duties and supporting the Accountant in management accounting.
The position requires full-time on-site work from 8.30am to 5.00pm at the head office in Morley.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in accounting and be a self-starter, with a salary offered after 12 weeks of agency work.
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not mandatory, and applicants should apply with an updated CV for further discussion.

E & M Talent Partners are currently supporting a global business in appointing an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

The role would suit someone who is comfortable covering transactional accounting duties, supporting the Accountant who is tasked with the management accounting duties.

The hours are 8.30am until 5.00pm, on site full time at their head office in Morley.

Duties will include:

- Bank reconciliations

- Accounts Payable duties

- Credit Control duties

- Raising of credits and debits

- Banking

- Asset register

- Billing reports

- Prepayments and Accruals

Ideally, we are looking for a self starter who can hit the ground running.

Experience with MS Dynamics 365 would be advantageous but not essential.

The first 12 weeks will be paid via the agency before moving across on to an annual salary.
