Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team based in central Leeds.

This is a hybrid role with 2 or 3 days based in the office and the other days worked from home.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Client setup / changes in Business Central
  • Client credit checks
  • Job Administration - PO Administration and Client Portals
  • Client sales Invoicing
  • Credit Control
  • Debtors Analysis and Statements
  • Assisting with Expenses.
  • Assisting with posting and reconciling credit cards and banking.
  • Internal invoicing.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take ownership and manage own workload.
  • Ability to communicate confidently.
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
