Finance Assistant Full time – Office based with flexible working hours between 8.00AM and 5.30PM
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a 3 month temporary to permanent Finance Assistant for a large, international telecommunications company in Leeds. This role is joining a well-established and close-knit finance team, who are now looking for additional team members due to growth.  The position will cover all aspects of general finance as well as some finance admin responsibilities. To begin with they are looking for someone for 3 month period but ideally they want someone who is looking for a permanent position as there is scope for this within the business.Â
Key responsibilities
- Posting payments
- Debt reportingÂ
- Monthly reconciliations
- Intercompany balances
- VAT returns
- Dealing with any invoice queries
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Imputing Purchase Orders
- Matching petty cash and credit card receipts and putting them onto the system
To be successful considered for this role, you will bring the following experience / skills:
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Previous finance experience (minimum of one year)
- Excel / accountancy system knowledgeÂ
