Our Clients are looking for a talented Panel Technician to join a dynamic Bodyshop team in Leeds. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for vehicle repair and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of body repairs on a wide range of vehicles. You will also handle minor body repair work, using the latest equipment to ensure high-quality results.

• Basic Salary £33k-£35K, Realistic earnings of £42,248 - Dependent on skills & experience

What does the role of Panel Beater involve?

• Making assessments of damaged vehicles, deciding how best to repair it and estimating the time and cost for the repair.

• Mending rusted parts of a vehicle's bodywork and removing any dents in panels.

• Repairing minor scratches, or making replacement panels.

• Welding new or repaired panels into place.

• Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer and keep records of all work carried out.

What do you need to succeed as a Panel Beater?

• ATA qualified.

• Up to date welding qualification desirable.

• Experience in the industry.
