- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs, ideally within an Alternative Provision or PRU
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to supporting students holistically
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and external agencies
