You will plan and deliver creative, inspiring lessons tailored to individual needs, fostering a love for English while developing key literacy skills.About the School:Our school provides a nurturing and structured environment for students who require additional support outside of mainstream education. We focus on personal development, emotional well-being, and academic progress, offering a curriculum that balances core subjects with therapeutic interventions. With small class sizes and a strong team ethos, we work collaboratively to create a positive learning environment where every student can succeed.What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs, ideally within an Alternative Provision or PRU
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to supporting students holistically
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and external agencies
