Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Secondary English Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for long-term placements. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students, following the National Curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Plan and prepare lesson materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a supportive learning environment.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
