Veritas Education is seeking a Female PE Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Kirklees. About the Role

As a Female PE Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that promote physical health, teamwork, and personal development.
  • Inspire students to develop a lifelong love of physical activity and sport.
  • Plan and deliver a broad curriculum, including a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Support the development of extracurricular sports programs and school teams.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.

This position is suitable for experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in PE.
  • Have experience teaching PE to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 experience is desirable).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Are passionate about inspiring young women to reach their potential.
  • Hold a valid Enhanced DBS check (or are willing to obtain one).
