Geography Teacher – Sep24
We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Geography Teacher for a school in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will be joining an enthusiastic and well-established team in a large school with many opportunities to develop, wherever you are in your teaching career.
Willingness to lead field trips and residential courses will be required, and the school is looking for a Geography Teacher with excellent subject knowledge and be able to engage and challenge students of all abilities across KS3 and KS4 who is committed to developing students’ ability and talents by keeping lessons engaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
               QTS Teaching qualification (PGCE, SCITT, MEd, Cert. Ed, etc.) or equivalent.
               A relevant BA/MA in Geography or a related subject.
               Experience delivering the Geography curriculum up to GCSE and A-Level is desirable.
               A proactive team member committed to raising standards and student achievement.
               Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
               Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship not provided).
