Veritas Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary School R.E. Teacher to join one of our workforce partner schools in Leeds. About the Role:

As an R.E. Teacher at Veritas Education, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons to students across key stages 3 and 4. You will play a key role in promoting critical thinking, ethical discussion, and a deep understanding of world religions, beliefs, and philosophies.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS (or equivalent).
• Passionate about religious education and the importance of spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.
• Skilled in delivering lessons that engage and inspire students of all abilities.
• Committed to creating a positive learning environment and fostering a love of learning.
• Able to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to support student achievement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging R.E. lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students' spiritual, moral, and cultural development.
• Contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and resources.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students.
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their potential.
