Science Teacher - Leeds LS8
We are seeking an inspiring Science Teacher to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Leeds (LS8). The successful candidate will deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
About the Role:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and academic progress.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to suit varying learning needs.
- Contribute to the school’s wider academic and pastoral life, including extracurricular science activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively within a committed and friendly Science department, sharing resources and best practice.

About You:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in delivering the Science curriculum confidently and effectively up to KS4 (including Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage, inspire, and challenge pupils of all abilities.A reflective and collaborative practitioner, committed to continuous improvement.
- Passionate about education and dedicated to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
