Reed Education is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our client's team who are a 'good' OFSTED-rated institution. This part-time, temporary position is set to commence in April 2025 and is ideal for an individual eager to contribute to a thriving Art department during a maternity cover period.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and innovative Art and Design lessons to students across all levels, up to A Level.
  • Create an inspiring classroom environment that promotes creativity and learning.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.
  • Collaborate with department colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching resources.
  • Participate actively in school events and departmental activities were required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in Art.
  • Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice.
  • Experience teaching Art and Design across various age and ability groups, including A Level.
  • Strong passion for Art with a commitment to impacting student lives positively.
  • Creative approach to teaching and a dedication to high educational standards.
