NextGen Teachers are proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic Specialist Inclusive Learning centre based in Leeds who are seeking to recruit a full-time / permanent Teacher who can start in February 2025.

This is a small provision with a high staff to pupil ratio which covers two sites of Primary and Secondary and caters for students from the age of 7 - 16 years who live with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and Learning needs.

This school focuses on a vocational learning curriculum and aims to enhance the learning of all pupils no matter their need or ability. Behaviour at this centre can be challenging and teachers with experience of this would be preferred.

The ideal teachers for this position will have:

  • Qualified Teaching Status in the UK
  • Experience teaching SEN pupils in either mainstream or alternative provisions
  • Excellent understanding of a vocational curriculum
  • Experience teaching students with SEMH and Behavioural needs
