About the Role:We are seeking motivated and passionate Graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants in a range of schools across Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in the education sector, especially if you are considering a future career in teaching or have a strong passion for working with children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in a variety of roles, including General Teaching Assistant, SEN Support, and 1:1 Intervention roles.
  • Work with children across EYFS to KS2, including pupils with SEN and EAL (English as an Additional Language).
  • Assist with classroom management and support positive learning environments.
  • Provide targeted intervention support for children who need additional help with their learning.
  • Promote and maintain good behaviour and engagement within the classroom.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Childcare related degree or graduate keen to explore the educational field
  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their learning.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to support pupils with SEN, EAL, and other needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
