Key Requirements:
- Must have a HLTA qualification
- Proven experience working with students with SEN
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with teachers and other support staff
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the learning and development of students with SEN
- Helping teachers plan and deliver tailored educational activities
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
- Monitoring and recording student progress
- Contributing to the overall well-being and academic success of students
