Role: Retail Store ManagerSalary: £30,000 plus commission Hours: 40 hours per week, over Monday - Sunday (must be available weekends)Location: Leeds City Centre
As the Store Manager, you will:
- Be highly sales-driven and commercially aware, constantly seeking opportunities to boost revenue.
- Lead a customer-focused team to maximise sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain positive momentum, ensuring smooth operations even in challenging situations.
- Take a hands-on approach, working alongside your team to inspire and motivate.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
- Utilise sales data and insights to drive commercial success and optimise store performance.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently to maintain high service standards.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and training.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, keeping customers at the heart of all operations.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are carried out accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain high visual standards.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of management and sales experience in a customer service-driven environment.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving business performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and cultivate talent within your team.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Experience in stock management and visual merchandising to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Excellent IT skills.
