With support fromyour line Manager, you will oversee all aspects of your Stores business from stock management and operations to local commercial strategy and customer events. You should have a strong focus on your team, leading andmotivating them, treating everyone equally and with honesty and kindness. Your store is one of our many wellbeing hubs across the UK and IrelandKey objectives & Responsibilities• Be responsible for the day to day running of a standalone store• Drive forward sales, KPI’s and company objectives• Develop quarterly focused and commercial business plans based on targets,     events, marketing activations and new product launches• Complete targets, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, weekly/monthly reports, stock     orders• Work closely with cross functional teams • Weekly creation of fun in store content for our online/social platforms• Hold regular 1-1 meetings, return to work meetings, probationary reviews,     and goal setting with team• Create and drive an unforgettable customer experience in store to inspire   wellbeing• Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual   merchandising are upheld• Create an Annual Events Plan supporting monthly instore and field events to   promote the brand whilst working with partnering businesses/people• Recruit, develop and mentor a team with a focus on training, education, and development• Responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately taken• Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line Manager Behaviours and skills• 2 years minimum experience managing a standalone store• Retail experience within health/beauty environment• IT literate with confidence in MS Office, Excel and Google Drive• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multitask• Work on initiative and be super proactive• Confident and capable communicatorAttitude• Value and treats everyone with empathy, honesty, respect, and kindness• Team player with a can-do attitude• Positive energy that will inspire others• Self-motivator who works on initiative• Thrives in a fast-paced business and adapts easily to change
