Our client is a growing accessories brand on a mission to inspire confidence and self-expression through beautiful, high-quality designs. Every product is handcrafted and responsibly made. As the brand continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the team in Leeds.
As Store Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and driving performance. You'll create an engaging, customer-first environment and foster a collaborative culture within the team.

Store Manager responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of management experience in a service-led retail environment
- Background in Accessories, Fashion or Jewellery considered.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial, and visual merchandising skills
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Results-driven with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
