We are looking to fill a Clerical level Post at our busy Locomotive Maintenance Depot in Leeds. Working within a small but succinct team, our Stores Team are looking for a new colleague to support the admin duties within.

With these in mind, the key responsibilities are:

Core Responsibilities

1. Raise all requisitions within AMS and eProcurement for all areas of the maintenance business.
2. Ensure all goods are receipted in both AMS and eProcurement.
3. Process and code invoices in OnBase.
4. Manage all Materials inboxes and complete requests within agreed SLAs.
5. Participate in quarterly stock counts including physical counts and administration tasks.
6. Conduct month end PO 'clean up' with SSC in AMS, eProcurement and Spreadsheet.
7. Liaise with suppliers where required.
8. Any other Ad Hoc tasks as requested.

Relief Responsibilities

1. Ensuring all Data entry and extraction of maintenance activity within the AMS system is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
2. Provide all financial information to the finance department in a timely manner working to all timelines given; including all 3rd party invoicing.
3. Maintain the Locomotive/ Wagon documentation
4. Extract and produce statistical data (KPI's) from maintenance records for performance monitoring, trend analysis or projects as and when required.
5. Develop, improve and maintain key databases relating to production information including training matrix, competency, briefing registers and annual leave booking.


Experience and Knowledge Required

Experience in an administration role in an Engineering and/or Stores Environment
Strong communication skills
Good AMS, eProcurement and OnBase system knowledge and understanding or capable of learning new Stores related systems
Understanding of GWRR UK Purchasing Policy
