As a Store Supervisor you will have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily with your team so that you can create an exceptional inviting customer experience in your store. You will support your StoreManager with all aspects of day to day running of your store from team management and coaching to housekeeping, sales and service. You should be comfortable in a leadership role and have a desire to seek out brand opportunities for store. Your store is one of our many wellbeing hubs across the UK and IrelandKey objectives & Responsibilities• Have co-responsibility for the day to day running of a standalone store• Drive forward sales and company objectives• Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports• Take full ownership of store and team in Store Managers absence• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive• Always provide the highest standard of Customer Experience in store to   inspire wellbeing• Work on initiative and be super proactive• Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks• Always maintain company standards• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld• Organise and support in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working withpartnering businesses• Ongoing coaching of existing and newly recruited team members• Taking responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action isappropriately taken• Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Store ManagerKey Partnerships• You will work closely with your Store Manager daily and the Retail Sales & Education Manager to keep upto date with wider departmental and business activity.• Other key partnerships will include Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Team feeding back andcollaborating on key customer issues, work with the Customer Marketing Assistant to ensure first classretail store experience, local events and windows including assistance of coverage for our Social MediaTeam.• You will also work closely with the Culture & Engagement Lead, collaboratively feeding back ideas,opportunities and demonstrating your passion for our people and planet goalsBehaviours and skills• Retail experience, ideally within health/beauty environment• IT literate with confidence in MS Office, Excel and Google Drive• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multitask• Work on initiative and be super proactive• Confidence to lead and motivate a team with daily tasks• Have the desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potentialAttitude• Value and treat everyone with empathy, honesty, respect, and kindness• Team player with a can-do attitude• Positive energy that will inspire others• Self-motivator who works on initiative• Thrives in a fast-paced business and adapts easily to change.
