Pertemps Leeds is seeking Field Service Engineers for a full-time, permanent position.
Candidates should have relevant experience in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
The role involves providing on-call assistance, monitoring equipment performance, and delivering customer service effectively.
The annual salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with starting times between 6am and 9am.

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS.... PERTEMPS NEED YOU. Pertemps Leeds have a new & exciting opportunity to share with you... As a Field Service Engineer, your duties & responsibilities will be:

Providing on-call assistance to customers at home or businesses in remote locations
To diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
Providing fixes to help to install electrical equipment or machinery.

(On occassion, you may be required to work as part of a team when working on larger, complex jobs)Other duties & responsibilities will include:

Delivering services to customers effectively and on time
Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance
Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely
Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers
Ordering and restocking materials when it is required
Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with the latest developments in electrical engineering
Providing clear customer feedback
Leading or assisting with the support of projects
Following government health and safety regulations and the regulations of their employer

Job Details

Working Week: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Starting times ranging from 6am-9am)
Annual Salary: Between £30,000 and £35,000 based on experience and service.
Duration: Full Time, Permanent Position
