An Maintenance Engineer is required to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge, with an ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.

Client Details

Our client operates in the Manufacturing sector and has a substantial presence in their field.

Description

  • Perform regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Identify and rectify electrical faults on equipment and systems.
  • Liaise with other members of the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure equipment efficiency.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Report on equipment condition and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide technical support to the production team.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
