Are you an effective communicator? Job description: A school in Leeds are seeking 1:1 support on a full-time basis for a pupil with minor disruptive behavioural issues. Requirements: . Experience working in schools managing behaviour. . Effectively liaise with staff and parents accordingly. . Have a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of pupils. . Be able to work under pressure. . Be confident in using development strategies to both manage behaviour and aid learning.
