Job description: Primary and secondary schools in West Leeds are seeking behavioural support on a full-time basis for a pupils with SEMH , minor disruptive behavioural issues and associated learning needs. Requirements: . Experience working in schools managing behaviour. . Effectively liaise with staff and parents accordingly (Strong communication essential) . Have a genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of pupils. . Be able to work under pressure. . Be confident in using development strategies to both manage behaviour and aid learning.
