Deliver tailored, strength-based, trauma-informed support in a safe, 24/7 living environment using an innovative core and cluster housing model.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement personalised support plans with young people, professionals, and families.
Empower young people to achieve their goals through positive, restorative practice.
Manage referrals and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for those with complex needs.
Support practical skills like budgeting, cooking, parenting, and behaviour management.
Organise engaging activities that promote growth and community connection.
Liaise with housing services, contractors, and community agencies to enhance support.
Respond to emergencies and maintain professional boundaries while working independently, often lone working.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate, resilient individual committed to youth empowerment.
Experience or willingness to work in supported housing and deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care.
Ability to build trusting relationships and manage challenging behaviours constructively.
Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage a busy workload.
