  • Respond to emergencies and maintain professional boundaries while working independently, often lone working.

  • Experience or willingness to work in supported housing and deliver strength-based, trauma-informed care.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships and manage challenging behaviours constructively.

  • Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage a busy workload.
