Housing Support Worker Vacancy waiting to be filled
Venn Group have been approached by a charity and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Housing Support Worker (dispersed properties)
Location: Leeds – LS12
Rate: Negotiable dependant on experience
Length: 12 weeks
Hours: 22.5 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Supporting clients in their own homes and out in the community who have complex needs and who are at risk of homelessness
- Managing a caseload of 11 clients
- Key working with clients, supporting them to maintain independent living and maintain their tenancy
- Supporting with repairs in their property
- Supporting with budgeting, bills and life skills
- Following support plans with clients and ensuring they attend appointments
The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS and drive and be able to start from next week
