We're currently working with a large primary school in the South Leeds area who are looking for an experienced Inclusion Support Worker/Behaviour Support Worker.

Ideally you will have current experience of developing provision and practice in supporting pupils with additional SEND needs including children with complex SEND who may have a EHCP. The school is located very close to Leeds City Centre and has a unique and culturally diverse community.

The role will be working across different year groups, supporting them on a group/intervention basis and potentially 1:1.

Working under the direction of the SENCO and Senior Inclusion Support Worker, you will be expected to support pupils accessing learning. Ideally you will have previous experience working with complex medical conditions, speech and language or communication needs.

  • Creating a positive learning environment
  • Creating specific lessons plans based to accommodate all students
  • Monitoring every student's development and creating plans to help with progress.
