Are you an experienced social worker who wants to get into fostering, but opportunities are limited in your current role?
Leaders in Care are working with a highly regarded Independent Fostering Agency in Leeds, for an experienced practitioner to join their stable service as a permanent supervising social worker.
As a supervising social worker, you will also be responsible for supporting and managing approved foster carers, providing professional advice when necessary, and contributing to business planning. Additionally, you will supervise Support Workers and Social Work Students.
You will work closely with the Unity social work staff and foster carers to ensure that quality standards are met in all assessments.
