Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Wellbeing Support Worker  

Location:         Leeds/ Wakefield 

Rate:              Negotiable Rate - Dependant on Experience 

Hours:             TBC

Length:            TBC

The role will predominantly involve:

•  Carry out assessments, maintain case records and provide an end report for every young person supported.
•  Working restoratively to support a caseload of vulnerable young people 
• Working closely with Schools, parents and/ or other agencies and sometimes commissioners directly.
• Delivering Emotional and issue-based Wellbeing support to children and young people on a 1:1 and groupwork basis 

 The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice and have a Basic DBS
