Senior Pensions Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage pension schemes, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of pension calculations, transfers, retirements, and related tasks.
- Respond to and resolve pension scheme queries from members, providing high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pension services.
- Ensure all pension records are updated and maintained in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the team with reporting, audits, and other pension-related tasks.
- Keep up to date with pension scheme legislation and regulatory changes.
Profile
Senior Pensions Administrator - Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in pensions administration, with a sound understanding of both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
- Knowledge of pension regulations and legislation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective client relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in processing pension-related information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using pensions administration systems and Microsoft Office.
