Senior Pensions Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage pension schemes, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of pension calculations, transfers, retirements, and related tasks.
  • Respond to and resolve pension scheme queries from members, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pension services.
  • Ensure all pension records are updated and maintained in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the team with reporting, audits, and other pension-related tasks.
  • Keep up to date with pension scheme legislation and regulatory changes.

Profile

Senior Pensions Administrator - Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pensions administration, with a sound understanding of both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
  • Knowledge of pension regulations and legislation.
