This role is essential in fostering positive relationships between tenants and the organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of tenancies and supporting residents in accessing key housing services.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, helping to resolve any housing-related issues.
- Provide advice and guidance on tenancy rights, responsibilities, and housing processes.
- Work with vulnerable tenants to ensure they are aware of available support services and can access them as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between tenants and the organisation, acting as a key point of contact.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs, repairs, and maintenance.
- Help to resolve disputes and mediate between tenants when necessary.
- Promote community engagement activities that improve tenant satisfaction and foster a sense of community.
