Caritas is collaborating with National and Local Children and Domestic Abuse Charities to support them in filling leadership roles. We have exciting openings for Team Managers and Service Managers. If you have experience leading teams that support vulnerable children, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of people, including 1-1 supervision
- Service delivery
- Leading the recruitment, training, and personal development of service staff
- Monitoring and managing expenditure against agreed budgets
- Safeguarding vulnerable children
- Conducting risk assessments
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ideally, a qualification in leadership or management, or a relevant professional qualification in the field of health, social care, or youth work
