Are you an experienced manager with a passion for criminal justice rehabilitation?We are looking for a Family Support and Wellbeing Manager to lead a dedicated team of 5 x Advisors.This is a specialist role working for a leading criminal justice rehabilitation charity, providing personal wellbeing services to help ex-offenders develop resilience, manage emotions, and reintegrate into society.You will mainly be based in West Yorkshire (Leeds and Bradford Hubs HQ).  But you will be expected to travel between Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Dewsbury and across Humberside (Scunthorpe, Hull, Beverley, Bridlington and Grimsby) for meetings and support.Please note: this is a 1 year maternity cover (subject to extension)You must be a driver for this role. What You’ll Do:
  • Staff Management & Development – Train, coach, and support Advisors (2 x in Humberside and 3 within West Yorkshire).
  • Case Management – Hold a caseload of 10 service users (split: 2 days casework, 3 days management).
  • Operational Oversight – Ensure service targets, logistics, risk assessments, and KPIs are met.
  • Community Outreach – Engage with probation services and external agencies across West Yorkshire & Humberside.
  • Managerial Reporting – Complete 1-to-1s, site inspections, and oversee service performance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Management experience – ability to lead, support, and develop a team.
  • Background in criminal justice, probation, mental health, supported housing, employability / skills sector would be ideal.
  • Strong ability to assess risk, manage safeguarding, and handle referrals.
  • Driver essential – travel required across multiple locations.
