A specialist provision in North Kirklees require a Behaviour and Social Inclusion Worker to start as soon as possible This is a rare opportunity to work in a specialist provision with children who may have struggled in main stream education, and the role is centred around the well-being and development of primary-aged children. The provision are specifically looking for someone who is committed to developing a team approach, working with parents, teachers, support staff and the wider community.

You should have an enthusiastic and passionate approach to the development of children and other staff where appropriate as well as a keen thirst for further learning of their own to develop their own skills. You should also be able to act upon your own initiative, planning and managing your own workload and prioritising and being responsive to unplanned circumstances, emergencies and varying needs.
