About the Role:

As an Operations Support team member, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless support for our growing US market and international clients. Working closely with our project team in Greater Leeds, you'll focus on system support, ticket management, and testing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line support by managing tickets, escalating issues, and liaising with customers.
  • Communicating effectively with development and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, including sending and replacing devices.
  • Balancing reactive tickets with planned project work.
