Practice Supervisor - Safeguarding - £42ph - Hybrid

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the West of Yorkshire who are looking for a Practice Supervisor to join their Family Safeguarding service. The ideal candidate will strive towards the best possible outcomes for service users and will be motivated towards helping ASYE social workers build upon their skills.

This position is offering hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent in the comfort of your own home and manage your own diary, meaning you'll create a fantastic work life balance.

In this position you will be a mentor for ASYE's and will hold a reduced caseload, allowing you to spend more time with those who need it most in order to maximise the positive impact on their lives, meaning you'll gain greater career satisfaction.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

  • Champion and advise on the application of systemic social work practice and this local authority's Operating Model.
  • Effectively manage the case workflow and provide ongoing reflective practice supervision.
  • Contribute to the continuous learning and development of practice across the County.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the service plan objectives.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
  • A drivers license
  • An up to date DBS check
  • The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience working in Children's Services.
