QSW-Looked After Children-£35ph-Hybrid
NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in West Yorkshire who are looking for an experience social worker to join their Looked After Children's team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Children's Services & will strive towards the best possible outcome for services users in their care.
This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own caseload & diary and maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance.
This team offers exciting learning opportunities, working as part of such a unique team allows you to develop new skills & competencies which will allow you to further your social work career.
Some responsibilities of this role include;
- Completing assessments, visits & establishing care plans for those in need.
- Identifying the needs of children in your care.
- Liaison with relevant agencies & authorities to ensure that the greatest standard of care and assistance is given to those in need of support.

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
- A drivers license
- An up to date DBS check
- The ideal candidate will have working with Looked After Children or Children in Care.
