Contract Software Engineer - Codesys

Are you a Contract Software Engineer looking for an opportunity to work for a dynamic and forward-thinking business?

The Redline Group are currently recruiting for a Contract Software Engineer for our client based in Leeds - this project will require a confident customer facing Software engineer with strong electrical and test competencies to complete a variety of tasks across electric vehicles.

As our client is considered exempt for IR35 purposes, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing IR35 status, should you wish to operate via your own PSC.

Key skills for required for Contract Software Engineer - Leeds:

- Codesys experience

- CAN-Bus experience

- Previous experience in a Customer facing role

- Exposure to electric vehicle systems (or sub-systems) would be preferred

- Proven ability to adapt diagnose and solve further problems with the vehicle in front of the end customer
