Developer Team Leader

What youll be doing:

You will be managing the Development team, made up of technical solution finders who build, improve, and test our industry-leading product suite.

Your role will include:

• Lead and manage a small team of PHP developers and software testers
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and complete 1-2-1s and appraisals
• Work with the Head of Platform and Lead Developer to identify and implement process improvements
• Advocate agile development processes and promote a culture of continual improvement
• Facilitate sprint meetings and collaboration between teams
• Communicate effectively internally with various stakeholders and provide accurate project updates
• Manage team resource and workload
• Implement and monitor performance based metrics
