What youll be doing:
You will be managing the Development team, made up of technical solution finders who build, improve, and test our industry-leading product suite.
Your role will include:
- Lead and manage a small team of PHP developers and software testers
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and complete 1-2-1s and appraisals
- Work with the Head of Platform and Lead Developer to identify and implement process improvements
- Advocate agile development processes and promote a culture of continual improvement
- Facilitate sprint meetings and collaboration between teams
- Communicate effectively internally with various stakeholders and provide accurate project updates
- Manage team resource and workload
- Implement and monitor performance based metrics
